Over the last 15 years or so, online reviews have become a terrible reality for the companies that consistently fail to treat their clients well and deliver on their promises. On the other hand, they are great for clients, as they allow you to get an accurate picture of what you can expect from the company, saving you from making the wrong decision.
When a client provides us with a testimonial or allows us to write a case study, is it the equivalent of their signature or stamp of approval signifying their satisfaction with the services they’ve received. For us, hearing how much we’ve helped a client is one best parts of our job.
