A cable tray system is used to support insulated electrical cables within a building.
Power comes in from the electric utility on either a cable tray or some other raceway. According to the 2011 National Electrical Code, it is imperative to label the cable tray with the wording “Service Entrance Conductors”. Cable trays containing conductors over 600 volts are required to be marked “Danger – High Voltage – Keep Away”. Depending on the specifications, the color is usually black print on white or yellow vinyl. The “Danger –High Voltage” labels are white print on red vinyl.
We recommend the Kroy K4350 Industrial Label Printer with BarTender labeling software as a practical choice for cable tray labeling
Just a recommendation of a printing system is not enough. Support and training must be there to ensure the job is done efficiently and effectively:
“We received technical software support from Clint and Andrew. They provided support for the BarTender software and driver installation for the Kroy K4350 printer.
They were very helpful and their support was greatly appreciative as it got us to where we need to be with this printer.”
Andy Rudelich, Chemco Electrical Contractors Ltd.

This is a good example of suggesting a printing system based on actual requirements, following through with support and training, which is why our recommended identification solutions are guaranteed to get the job done.
