Here’s a novel idea. Listening to a customer’s industrial labeling problem, introducing a custom solution, testing (including lending equipment), and consequently solving the problem.
Labeling system photos, descriptions, and specs alone don’t solve problems. Looking at printed or online catalogues alone won’t get all questions answered or recommend the right labeling solution.
Knowledgeable people with access to a variety of labeling systems are required to work with the customer towards a custom identification solution. This is exactly the case in a recent labeling requirement from a manufacturer of steel industrial equipment.
This is a great example of how a complete understanding of the problem, recommending a solution, and testing the solution’s effectiveness came before any purchase was made.
